The official score report will be available no earlier than 20 days after the date of your exam. You will receive an e-mail with a link to the online score reporting system. You must have the code from your unofficial score report in order to access your official scores. The unofficial score report, which you receive immediately after your test in the test center, includes only Verbal, Quantitative and Total scores.
During the School Selection portion of the exam appointment, candidates may select up to five schools to automatically receive their GMAT® exam results. The cost for sending these results is included in the exam fee. Official Score Reports are available online within 20 days to you and to the programs you requested.
Additional Score Report
You may order Additional Score Reports (ASRs) to be sent to schools online, by phone, by fax, or by mail for a fee. Once your scores are reportable, ASRs will be sent within seven calendar days; non-U.S. test-takers should allow a longer delivery time. When you order an ASR to be sent to a school, you will also receive a copy.
Candidates are charged for sending ASRs, even if no schools were chosen during their exam appointment. ASR Fee is US$28 per report. This cost is subject to taxes when you request ASRs in certain countries (e.g. in Switzerland: US$28 + 0% = US$28; in Germany: US$28 + 19% = US$33.32). For more information consult the official GMAT® website.
Canceling Scores
There is also an opportunity to cancel your score (Bottom “Cancel Score”). In this case you will not see a score (as well as no print out), no score will be sent to Pearson VUE for processing, and no scores will be sent to schools. The cancelled scores will appear in the later score report.
